Bradley Hall
MANAGING PARTNER AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Bradley Hall is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Capital Hall Partners and has been a principal investor, investment manager and advisor to over $22 billion of real estate transactions and investments including both public and private entities, and debt and equity interests.

Hall’s background includes roles as a senior partner at Ernst & Young, LLP residing on the executive management team responsible for the firm’s U.S. real estate and hospitality advisory practice.  At Ernst & Young, he advised boards and executives of private equity funds and public and private companies, as well as, institutional investors on real estate investment, strategy, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and management organization and operations. His other management roles include serving as the Co-Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder for Alvarez & Marsal Capital Real Estate, LLC, a  real estate private equity firm where he was responsible for investment strategy, capital markets, investments, and asset management.

Hall began his career at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. He is a graduate of University of Illinois’ College of Commerce and Kellogg’s Executive Program at Northwestern University for Ernst & Yoiung.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive CPA) on the Real Estate Advisory Board for Santa Clara University, and has been a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) and other industry organizations.


Christos Kuliopulos
PARTNER BOSTON OFFICE

Kuliopulos is responsible for the Boston office, development/project management and asset management for Capital Hall Partners. Kuliopulos has over 20 years of real estate advisory and investment experience, including strategic development planning and implementation, capital and partnership structuring, equity raising, real estate investment and commercial due diligence and financial modeling, product positioning and market feasibility, valuation, site selection and acquisition, project management and marketing.  He has extensive experience in multiple product types from planned communities, resorts developments, hi-rise buildings, TOD’s, industrial parks, single family home subdivisions, condominium communities, active adult, mill conversions, life sciences, healthcare and senior living.  In total, he has been involved in over $5 billion in real estate development, transaction and investment deals throughout the US, Canada, South America and the Caribbean. 

Kuliopulos has a Masters Degree (Suffolk University) and Business Administration degree (UMASS, Amherst).  He has been published and quoted in multiple local and national periodicals on real estate trends.   He currently holds his Massachusetts broker license and completed all of the Member of Appraisal Institute courses.


John Caley
PARTNER

Mr. Caley has been active in real estate acquisition and redevelopment activities since 1991 and through multiple platforms has overseen directly, or indirectly the acquisition, asset management, development, redevelopment, financing and sale of real properties having combined value of approximately $8.8 billion (including direct acquisition and disposition volume of $2 billion). He has also directly advised and or managed over $2.5 billion of investor equity capital from institutional, private and family office investors on a global basis. Mr. Caley has served in both senior and executive management capacities for companies including: Probitas Partners, Gemini Rosemont, Grubb & Ellis, Rexford Industrial, PM Realty Group and Transwestern.

Mr. Caley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona with emphasis in political science and history. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Family Office Association (Resource Council Member) and Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).  Most notably he was Senior Managing Director with Grubb & Ellis Company and directly oversaw day to day operations of multiple platforms within the investment management subsidiary Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors, including acquisitions, dispositions, private client management and oversight of $6.2 billion in AUM).


James Martin
ASSET MANAGER

James Martin is an Asset Manager with Capital Hall Partners who will also be working with BioChain Real Assets. James has over 20 years of real estate experience with a primary focus on financial analysis, due diligence and valuations. He has provided a variety of real estate advisory services for owners, operators, developers, private investors, REIT’s, and financial institutions. His assignments have included valuations, market and feasibility studies, acquisition due diligence, transaction advisory and asset dispositions.

Prior to joining Capital Hall Partners, James was a Senior Director with Kroll and Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Real Estate Services Group.

James earned a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University, a Bachelors of Engineering from Dartmouth College and a Bachelors of Arts in Physics from Hobart College. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is certified general real estate appraiser.

In addition, James is an instructor in the Boston University Real Estate Certificate program where he is the lead instructor for RE175 Argus Cash Flow Modeling and Co-instructor for RE142 Finance, Accounting and Taxation of Real Estate.
