Acquired the 30-acre global headquarters of Motorola’s satellite and computer integration business located in Tempe, AZ along the I-10 freeway. The campus contains five research & development buildings totaling approximately 400,000 square feet. The acquisition was structured as a sale-leaseback of four buildings on a long-term lease to Motorola with a creative office build-out. The remaining 100,000 square feet of R&D space was made available for lease and an excess 2-acre land parcel available for development or build-to suit.

Diablo was Motorola's global headquarters of its satellite division including research & development labs, testing, and clean room manufacturing of high tech satellite components for commercial and defense systems.
